The Civil Service Agency (CSA) was established by an Act of Legislature in 1973 to manage the human resources of the Civil Service and
is responsible for improving personnel services delivery and efficiency through planning human capacity needs of the service, selection
and recruitment of staff, training development, performance management and career development including placement, rotation and
promotion.
