The Ministry of Finance and Developmen Planning shall formulate, institutionalize and administer economic, development, fiscal and tax policies for the promotion of sound and efficient management of the financial resources of the government of the Republic of Liberia.
The Ministry shall shall also have the power to administer this Chapter and all of the provisions contained herein as well as perform such other powers and functions as may be provided by law.
